In 2009-2011, Svetlana Salavatovna Takhtarova was Head of the project “A comprehensive study of argumentative discourse in the linguocultural and political space of modern Russia” wthe ithin the framework of the Federal Target Program “Scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel of innovative Russia” for 2009-2013, Direction “Philological Sciences and Art History”, Volga State University. She is the author of more than 70 publications.
